Yes, we charge a nominal, non-refundable $150 custom planning fee for multi-destination custom itineraries. This covers our time spent researching, vetting properties, and designing your personalized itinerary. (For some simple bookings, our services are complimentary).
No! We have access to the same (and often better) rates as online booking sites. Because we are compensated directly by our supplier partners (hotels, resorts, cruise lines), our core pricing is exactly what you would see publicly.
It depends on the suppliers! Most of time, you do not need to pay in full at the time of booking. For customized trips, we can set up flexible payment schedules, if possible.
We will provide you guidance at the time of booking on how to troubleshoot on certain situations before and during your trip.
Absolutely. We assist our clients in filing travel insurance claims by pulling booking documentation, supplier records, and organizing the necessary paperwork to improve your approval odds compared to filing alone.
